Frequently Asked Questions

What documents do I need to cross freight from Mexico to the USA?

You'll typically need a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and a customs broker's pedimento on the Mexican side plus an entry summary on the U.S. side. Our team coordinates with your customs broker to confirm the exact paperwork for your commodity and crossing point before pickup.

What's the difference between LTL and FTL, and which one do I need?

LTL (less-than-truckload) consolidates your freight with other shipments on the same trailer, which is more affordable for smaller loads. FTL (full truckload) dedicates an entire trailer to your cargo only, which is faster and reduces handling. If your shipment fills less than about half a trailer, LTL is usually the better value.

How long does a border crossing take?

Crossing time depends on the port of entry, time of day, and whether your paperwork is complete before you arrive. Having your documents pre-cleared and working with an experienced broker are the biggest factors in avoiding delays, and our dispatch team tracks your shipment's status at the border in real time.

Do you handle HAZMAT shipments?

Yes, we transport HAZMAT freight with properly certified drivers and equipment. Let us know the UN number and hazard class when you request a quote so we can confirm the right unit, placarding, and any special permits needed for your specific route and commodity.

What happens if my cargo gets held at customs?

Our team works directly with your customs broker to resolve holds as quickly as possible, whether it's a documentation issue or a random inspection. We'll keep you updated on status and expected release time throughout the process so you're never left guessing what's happening with your shipment.

What size trucks do you have available?

Our fleet ranges from cargo vans and sprinters for small, urgent loads up to 53-foot trailers for full truckload freight, with rabónes and tortones in between for mid-size shipments. Tell us your cargo's weight, dimensions and pallet count and we'll match you with the right unit for the job.

Do you offer expedited or same-day ground service?

Yes. For urgent shipments we can dispatch expedited ground service, often same-day depending on origin, destination and unit availability. This is the option most clients use when a production line is down or a delivery deadline can't slip. Message us on WhatsApp for the fastest response on time-critical loads.
